By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, package, membership, or promotional offer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book services with Brazilian Body Bar.

All services are provided only to the extent permitted by applicable California law and by appropriately trained, qualified, licensed, or authorized professionals when required.

Our services are not a substitute for medical care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, surgery, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing on our website, social media, booking pages, text messages, emails, or consultations should be interpreted as medical advice.

You should consult your physician or healthcare provider before booking if you are pregnant, recently had surgery, have a medical condition, are under medical care, have implants, have active infections, have blood clotting conditions, have heart conditions, have cancer, have uncontrolled diabetes, have skin conditions, or have any concern about whether a service is safe for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services at Brazilian Body Bar.

Minors may only receive services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and when permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe the service may not be safe, appropriate, legally permitted, or aligned with our policies.

4. Consultation and Client Responsibility

Some services may require a consultation before treatment. During the consultation, we may ask questions about your health history, recent surgeries, medications, lifestyle, aesthetic goals, contraindications, and expectations.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and updated information before receiving any service.

Brazilian Body Bar is not responsible for complications, undesired results, or adverse reactions caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information provided by the client.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or modify a service if we believe it may not be appropriate for you.

5. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary from person to person.

Before and after photos, testimonials, social media posts, website content, and client experiences are examples only and do not guarantee that you will receive the same or similar results.

Results may depend on many factors, including your body, health history, lifestyle, hydration, diet, consistency, hormones, surgery type, inflammation, aftercare, and number of sessions completed.

No specific result is guaranteed.

6. Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked through our website, online scheduling platform, direct message, text message, phone, or other approved communication channels.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit, payment, or booking confirmation has been completed.

Brazilian Body Bar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, provider availability, safety concerns, technical issues, or other business needs. If we need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a new appointment time.

7. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total price of your scheduled service.

Deposits are used to reserve your appointment time and protect the business from last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

If you cancel late, reschedule late, arrive too late to receive the service, or do not show up, your deposit may be forfeited.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

We kindly ask clients to respect our schedule and appointment availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged a $50 no-show fee or may lose the deposit paid for the appointment.

If a client repeatedly cancels, reschedules late, or does not show up, Brazilian Body Bar may require full prepayment before booking future appointments or may decline future bookings.

9. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service price may still apply.

If you arrive too late and we are unable to perform the service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

10. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking, at the time of service, or according to the terms of the package, membership, or promotion purchased.

We may accept credit cards, debit cards, online payment platforms, Venmo, Zelle, cash, financing options, or other payment methods approved by Brazilian Body Bar.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but price changes will not affect appointments or purchases already confirmed unless otherwise stated.

11. Price Transparency

Brazilian Body Bar aims to clearly display the total price of services, packages, memberships, and offers.

Mandatory fees, if any, will be included in the advertised or listed price when required by California law. Optional add-ons, taxes imposed by the government, and other charges that are not mandatory may be listed separately where allowed by law.

12. Packages

Packages may include multiple sessions at a discounted rate.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Package purchases are final sale.
• Packages are non-refundable.
• Packages are non-transferable.
• Packages cannot be shared with another person.
• Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Packages must be used within the expiration period stated at the time of purchase.
• Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in one session being deducted from the package.

If you are unsure whether a package is right for you, we recommend booking a consultation or single session first.

13. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be limited by date, availability, service type, provider, or number of spots.

Promotional purchases may be final sale and may have specific expiration dates or booking rules.

Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, credits, memberships, gift cards, or offers unless Brazilian Body Bar confirms otherwise in writing.

Brazilian Body Bar reserves the right to correct errors in promotional pricing or descriptions.

14. Memberships

Brazilian Body Bar may offer memberships with monthly billing, recurring payments, minimum commitment periods, or special pricing.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the membership terms shown at the time of purchase, including price, billing frequency, included services, minimum commitment period, cancellation policy, and any restrictions.

If your membership renews automatically, you authorize Brazilian Body Bar or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel according to the cancellation policy.

Memberships may require a minimum commitment period, such as 3 months, if clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Membership sessions must be used during the applicable membership period unless otherwise stated in writing. Unused sessions may not roll over unless Brazilian Body Bar clearly states otherwise.

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

15. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation instructions provided at the time of purchase.

If you purchased your membership online, we will provide an online or electronic method to cancel when required by California law.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Charges already processed may not be refundable.

If your membership has a minimum commitment period, cancellation may take effect after the minimum commitment has been completed unless otherwise required by law.

16. Refund Policy

All service purchases, deposits, packages, memberships, promotional offers, and completed treatments are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing by Brazilian Body Bar.

We do not provide refunds because a client changes their mind, does not complete a package, does not follow aftercare, does not see the expected result, or is unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

If Brazilian Body Bar is unable to provide a service that has been prepaid, we may offer a reschedule, credit, alternative service, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Refund policies should be reviewed before purchase.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can review the matter.

By purchasing services, packages, memberships, or offers from Brazilian Body Bar, you agree not to file a false or improper chargeback for services you received, appointments you booked, deposits you agreed to, packages purchased, or cancellation/no-show fees disclosed under these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide booking records, signed forms, messages, payment records, cancellation policies, and service records to payment processors or financial institutions in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.

18. Gift Cards

If Brazilian Body Bar offers gift cards or gift certificates, they are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable California law.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Brazilian Body Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

19. Health, Safety, and Contraindications

You agree to inform Brazilian Body Bar before your appointment if you have any health condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, recent injections, medical devices, skin irritation, infection, fever, blood clot history, heart condition, cancer, uncontrolled diabetes, allergies, or any other condition that may affect your ability to safely receive services.

Brazilian Body Bar may refuse, modify, or stop a service at any time if we believe there is a safety concern.

You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Brazilian Body Bar.

Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions may affect your results and may increase the risk of unwanted reactions.

20. Post-Operative Services

Post-operative services are supportive wellness and aesthetic services only.

Brazilian Body Bar does not replace your surgeon, physician, nurse, physical therapist, or licensed medical provider.

You are responsible for following your surgeon’s instructions and obtaining medical clearance when needed.

If you experience severe pain, fever, infection, shortness of breath, chest pain, excessive swelling, abnormal bleeding, signs of blood clot, or any medical emergency, contact your medical provider or emergency services immediately.

21. Photos, Videos, and Testimonials

Brazilian Body Bar may ask for permission to take photos or videos for progress tracking, records, marketing, social media, advertising, education, or promotional purposes.

We will not use identifiable photos or videos of you for marketing without your consent.

If you provide a testimonial, review, photo, video, tag, comment, or social media content related to Brazilian Body Bar, you give us permission to share or repost that content unless you request otherwise in writing.

You may withdraw future marketing consent by contacting us, but content already published or used in prior materials may not always be removable from all platforms.

22. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, service descriptions, before and after photos, branding, design, and educational materials, belongs to Brazilian Body Bar or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, screenshot, repost, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes.
